By accessing and using MyCredit platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by AIconic Software Corporation Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

MyCredit acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with financial institutions and service providers. We do not directly provide loans or financial products. All loan applications are subject to approval by the respective financial institutions.

Interest rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the financial institutions and may vary. We strive to provide accurate information but recommend verifying all details with the respective institutions.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AIconic Software Corporation Sdn Bhd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
